The missing piece, built around how you work.

Most small businesses end up running on a spreadsheet, a notebook, and a process only one person fully understands. Off-the-shelf software usually fixes a third of that and makes you change how you work for the rest.

Built for how you already work

I build the missing piece instead — a tool shaped around how you already operate.

If you’re doing something by hand that feels like it should be automatic, tell me what it is. I’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth building.

The kind of problem this solves

  • Quotes built by hand, from scratch, every time
  • Jobs tracked on a whiteboard or a wall calendar
  • A spreadsheet only one person understands
  • The same customer details typed into three different places
  • Paperwork that has to be filled out, printed, and filed

How I work

I sit down with you and watch how the work actually gets done — not how it’s supposed to get done. Then I build the smallest thing that removes the slow part, get it in your hands, and improve it from there.

Proof

My own travel agency, Goose Creek Travel, runs on a system I built: client records, quoting, documents, client itineraries, and invoicing in one place. See how it was built.

Options I can build in

Website assistant
A chat box for your website that answers visitors’ questions from your own pages, with links to where each answer came from.

What you can expect

  • Built on standard, well-documented tools chosen for the project, not a proprietary platform
  • Your data is yours, and you can export it any time
  • Documented, so another developer could pick it up
  • No lock-in — if something happens to me, you aren’t stuck

Questions

How much does it cost?

It depends entirely on what it needs to do, so there’s no price list. Tell me what you’re doing by hand and I’ll tell you whether it’s worth building and roughly what it would take.

Who owns the software?

You do. The setup fee pays me to build it, and once it’s paid the code is yours. If I host it for you, hosting fees apply.

What happens after it launches?

Support is available for 90 days after launch, while it settles into real use.
